Janet White’s current practice is a culmination of her professional and personal journey. As an educator and social worker, Janet has worked with individuals across the life span from very young pre schoolers to older adults. These individuals have given her a profound understanding of the human experience. As children, we enter our world as perfect soul filled beings. We are eager to explore all that is before us. Unfortunately, as we grow, we often lose sight of our true nature. Life experiences chip away at our authentic selves.

Trauma and painful experiences leave their damaging effects on our hearts. Children and adults alike exhibit emotional and physical symptoms when assailed by life’s forces. Janet’s current Coaching Practice helps children, adults and families reawaken their true nature. Using psychoeducational processes, stress management techniques, meditation and guided imagery, Janet teaches children, adults and families how to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual growth in order to create their dreams.

Janet is a licensed social worker and certified special education teacher. She has worked in health care and education for over twenty years. Janet has dual Master Degrees in Social Service and Law & Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Janet has taken extensive continuing education programs offered by Penn State’s Autism Center and CASSP. Her career is also intertwined with a quest for spiritual clarity. Janet has been trained in Reiki, Meditation and Western Mysticism. This work inspires and infuses her dialogue with her clients.
