Behavioral and Emotional Services for Children and Parents
Parenting is not easy. When a child is sick or is diagnosed with developmental delays, parents often experience a host of additional problems. Fear, frustration, parenting conflicts, and increased family stress become the norm. Often spouses have different parenting beliefs and styles that create power struggles and arguments. Energy is spent worrying about getting appropriate help and needed services. Often the focus is on the negative. There is a better solution.

Janet believes that each child is a gift given to us with unique characteristics and strengths. We must never lose sight of a child’s abilities despite obvious needs. Using play therapy and psychoeducational processes, Janet helps children and families find positive ways to address academic, behavioral, social and emotional concerns.

The Indigo Holistic Healing Center is place where parents and children can find joy in each other while learning and growing together. We provide therapeutic intervention and coaching support to children and families dealing with a variety of conditions and illnesses.
